I give my consent to the Bank to process my personal data and financial information throughout the term of my relationship with the Bank, in accordance with Law no. 9887, dated 10.03.2008, “On the protection of personal data” as amended, and Guideline No. 20, dated 03.08.2012, “On the processing of personal data in the banking sector”. Any personal or financial data on the Client collected by the Bank will be processed for the purpose of implementing and carrying out all contractual relations between the Client and the Bank, and will be maintained in accordance with Law no. 9887, dated 10.03.2008, “On the protection of personal data” and Guideline No. 20, dated 03.08.2012, “On the processing of personal data in the banking sector”.
