I Authorize ProCredit Bank sh.a. to perform the storage and processing of data recorded through the website in this form. I confirm that the recorded information is true, correct and complete. I give my consent for the Bank to check, process, store and transfer personal data, as well as financial information which belongs to me during the duration of the relationship with the Bank, in accordance with Law no. 9887, dated 10.03.2008, "On the protection of personal data", as amended, as well as Instruction no. 20, dated 03.08.2012 "On the processing of personal data in the banking sector".
I authorize ProCredit Bank and with my full and free will I give my consent that throughout the business relationship with it, some services to be transferred and performed in real time by ProCredit Bank in Kosovo and by the company QUIPU GmbH in Germany. For providing of the services by the bank to me as a Customer, my personal data will be transferred within the meaning of the law in force "On the protection of personal data" at ProCredit Bank in Kosovo, a country which does not have a sufficient level for protection of personal data. For this reason, the transfer will be carried out in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and other bylaws aiming at ensuring a sufficient level of data protection.
Given the above, I give my consent and express my full and free will to the control, processing, and transferring of my personal data, given in this form, towards these states, throughout the duration of the contractual relationship between ProCredit Bank sh.a. and me.
I hereby express my intent to enter into a business relationship with the Bank and open an account in my name.
